Spotted this on a walk yesterday. It's Grade II listed, needs loads of work, only has pedestrian access, is attached to a damp church, and it probably floods since it's right by the river and everything that close to the Wye does.
No surprise, it's been on the market for ages. I can't fathom why anyone would buy it.
Yup, it's in a flood zone 3 (the worst). No surprise, it's been on the market for ages. I can't fathom why anyone would buy it.
edit: And here's a picture of it under water:

edit: Seems the church was not flooded so they were probably ok. I'd still keep anything valuable off the floor though

t. I have no words for that.
Well this is an unexpected turn of events... ![](/inc/images/censored.gif)
It looks as though the landlord has found his niche in building little boxes on the end of existing homes...

Surprised rents so expensive now in Leeds, last time I was there a few years back you could get a 1 bed flat for under £500.
The state of the toilet is shocking, likely only good for a developer to raze and then rebuilt.

I was going to say that it really didn't look that bad from the exterior shot. Then I realised that the property you can actually see isn't the one for sale and it's the one hiding behind the massive, unruly hedge!https://auctions.savills.co.uk/auctions/18-june-20...

Eeek, when we got our property back from our tenants, we had to settle the debt with EDF ourselves before they would turn the leccy back on. Thankfully it was only £52.When i bought a property that had key meters, that were in debt by a little amount. I ordered replacemnt keys and the debt was wiped.
I would top up £20 and when the electric went off, pull the key out and back in for £10 emergency credit, then off to the shop to top up. As after that £10 went there was no more emergency funds.
About a million pound of top ups and 12 weeks later, I had normal meters installed. Them things really do hit the poor hard !

I really like the picture window next to the throne and shower, with the swings and trampoline right outside. Perhaps frosted glass might have been a little better? :roll?eyes:![scratchchin](/inc/images/scratchchin.gif)

One assumes it has been designed for the single gent who likes options for watching young children play? He has the sofa, the shower or the crapper. ![scratchchin](/inc/images/scratchchin.gif)
