This street view image shows the ex-council stock that this was built from. A case to prove you can definately over extend and that money doesn't bring style.

Vomit emojee?
As Dolly Parton said, "It takes a lot of money to look this cheap".

I've recently moved to a home with one of those huge triple glass door/window things. I constantly get birds flying into them. grumpy

Go back in streetview history and the garage part is a later extension in 2021, but it was still a big white mess back in 2008 (earliest streetview)

Look at the signs, a further insight into the people there? - https://maps.app.goo.gl/r5fTKVR79Jb2hagS9

"Range Security"? There's money in security, they do McDonalds - https://www.rangesecurity.co.uk/clients
Be fair, you do get a higher class of council housing in Formby.

Yes, Chindit close. When I were a little lad that's where the poor people lived.

Aside from the area, and the fact it's shared ownership... what's the nightmare I hear you ask?

Ah!

Premium Property. Class that - in Derby, which has just topped a poll as worst city in the UK iirc.
HOOOOOOLLLLLDDDDD the phone there. It's been rated "The worst 'large' city in which to take a city break".

Quite why anyone would consider it a destination for a weekend break, I've no idea. House prices here can get quite silly in comparison to say Nottingham which is just down the road (and a much bigger/better city, if I have to admit it). But with companies like Toyota & Rolls-Royce the average joe here has a decent level of disposable income compared to surrounding cities.

Do people rent these things? A shared toilet would be preferable, not to mention meet building standards..

Not sure I'd want to share that toilet, waking up with someone staring at me, trousers at their ankles, dropping off their morning log.

Yes, I get you mean a shared toilet in a separate room

That’s nuts - £750 for a prefab on a farm in the middle of the Kent countryside (maybe Trevor Macdonald was right??) . I must be seriously out of touch..
