This house has been done up to a very high specification
"done up" FFS? are these people really at an equal stage of literacy as a six year old? it shows that during the boom they could rely on piss poor marketing skills and watch the money roll in but when now market is slow they have no marketing skills whatsoever...
Terrible, I agree.

also i dont think its a dino from that picture. its not the 308 GT4 "Dino" and it looks like the wrong proportions to be a 246 GT "Dino". unless there are other pictures, i'll stake my reputation and go with a 308 GTB

sorry, just seen the telegrpah pictures and, like the man in orthopaedic shoes, i stand corrected...

Thats utterly hideous hurl
Bit modern for my tastes but its far from hideous.
Charlie's "old money" if it aint 100 years old with damp and crunmbling plaster or made of tweed, he's not interested.
For what its worth, tis pretty soulless inside
Isn't it interesting that 1920s modernist architecture is finally gaining acceptance.

Like that a lot - could use some colour as it's a bit minimal, but very cool.

Very expensive though - while well featured, it's not that big, nor in a prime area (nice area - but when that buys you a house in Kensington these days, why bother?)

All looks far too sterile for my taste,
ETA -I'm referring to the original topic house / garage, not yours BGH, that's a fine effort

Can't vouch for his house but this chaps got a fairly nifty garage:

I would happily live in that without the adjoining house. Well done on a wonderful collection, great taste on the other bit too biggrin

Poor bloke looks like he's a bit screwed - he's selling the Fezzer that's in there too. i wonder how he made and MAYBE lost it all?
Or maybe he's retiring and buying a small island somewhere!

Er, the car "in the house" is a 246 Dino GTS - the car at Macari's is a 250 Rep. Or am I missing something?

boxedin The shame
I only saw the 250 in a 'glass garage' and thought it was the same place - must try to concentrate!
