Nice house. Add £1m if not on the 303 you think?

It’s a nightmare looking at houses in the country isn’t it. There’s very often always ‘something’ they would make me nervous about spending a few million. Roads/new builds/ etc etc

One of the more tasteful US properties, bar the ‘guitar pool’ perhaps…

From the blurb "award winning 90' violin-shaped pool with flanking koi ponds" um still not me but agree not the worst US one posted.

Cotswolds. Other than being too close to an A road it’s delightful

Very nice, and a lovely area. Don’t know how intrusive noise from the A road would be and there might be periodic blasting from Daglingworth Quarry. I’ll have to consider these factors carefully before making an offer laugh

That's lovely.
It has that novelty of novelties - a wine cellar with wine in!

It looks like just some stairs which lead somewhere at some point in time. Where's the access to the "wine cellar"? It's not in the plans...

…and decent wine too rather than shelf fillers or bottle of Dom/Cristal/AdB placed in full view behind the bar as seen on some listings.

Nice house.

nice but (at what one might expect to be a VERY healthy budget) I'd really want my neighbourhood a little more spaced out from each other....

I also did not win the Euromillions, even if I had this one in Aspen is very punchy at $75m:

The image with the painting is a bit odd - let's look at the (presumably) very expensive artwork, whilst very much not looking at the multi-million dollar view to our right.

They probably didn't lead anywhere. Common to have a 'simple' wine cellar like that that's just a hole in the ground to form a cool, dark place. Smaller versions can have a motorised cylinder that will rise out of the ground from under the pantry or kitchen floor.

Might be a problem with the garage of the above house - black Mercs has been parked across the KEEP CLEAR in front of the garage door for many years (except when they were having building work done 11 months ago) according to Google Maps...
Handy for the Post Office though.

Not the Merc, it'll be the nose prints on all my ground floor windows that would make it a NO from me.
