Only (or one of depending on your perspective) problem is that these are 2nd homes only, you can't live there all year. The 5 mill one says it in the listing but not the others as far as I can see but I doubt they differ.

I’m about to start working on a new one of these fairly soon for a Client.

Funnily enough there are a fair few construction methods on these. Timber frame throughout would be cheapest but might feel a bit flimsy/noisy.

My Client is going full steel frame with concrete floors and walls.

ETA: Sort of what I was thinking, I was expecting monochrome with a lot of grey. The blue is an interesting addition...
