It doesn't take Sherlock to conclude that A) the owners enjoy cycling and B) they don't want to store their bikes outside.

Nice place, but from my perspective, I'd want a bigger garden (and I'm not even a garden person!)

They're 'stored' as if they're trainers, and they appear to be in a room which opens into a small courtyard.

Plus, the place already has a garage.

They're expensive bikes, stored in normal stands 'ready to go' - garage might be damned expensive for insurance, etc.

Fair enough. Mine are 'ready to go', but they're hung up in the garage. Insurance isn't a problem but, then again, I didn't pay extra for my bikes to match my decor. wink

You should call the owners and tell them you disapprove.

I'm sure they'd remove the bikes immediately hehe

I didn't say I disapproved; you were just looking for an argument.

That's fair. The issue with the location is that is a medieval village and that part of it is very tight for space.3 beaches within one minute make up for the lack of garden.

If I had the money I'd go for it - but my view is really biased as I live within 100 steps of that.

You can do whatever you like with bland and characterless, so I can't see why that would put you off.

If you've the money, taste and ability, obviously.

Very nice, but it's that big I'd have to implant Apple AirTags into the missus and kids.

Some nice features on this Modern new build, not sure about the red, but guess it makes it pop

Horrid house but spectacular view.
Probably being fussy but I wouldn't call it spectacular - who would want a view of a sprawling city like LA which doesn't even have any interesting POIs?

I also thought that when my wife was watching "Selling Sunset" and the agents would wax lyrical about the view over the city. Great! A flat, grey, smoggy, suburban tattoo on the landscape...

Ooh, I 'should' like that - but things like this with loads of random textures/patterns makes me twitch...

Great seating I thought, but yes, I don't think the detailing is quite right - and the red accents are certainly not right.

For £3million, I want my kitchen units to have matched grain. And I *certainly* don't want two drawers next to each other with the *same* (and therefore fake) grain on them (photo 5 - on which, weirdly, two of the wall unit doors are matched, but nothing else is...).
