Has some decent spaces, but it’s the usual US st show inside.… terrible kitchen, ‘subway (public toilet) tiles in the bathroom, random shades of wood in every room, TV’s stuck on the wall at ceiling height, adult sex bath crammed in the back of the garage.

It's just looks like an industrial building, a garage/workshop with some living quarters attached rather than a house with a garage attached.

Two hours door to door to The City, for those who actually have to work.
Well under a million as it's actually be for sale for ages.

Location belongs in the nightmares thread hence not selling.
A million quid to be sandwiched in between a railway line and a dual carriageway in the centre of Macclesfield... rofl

24,000 square feet!

Also not sure the arches in the building in the courtyard are deep enough for cars which would be a crying shame.

Everytime there is a house with stables or 'equestrian facility' come up near me, the first thing to determine is whether the stables are big enough for cars, not horses!

Love that.
Very nice cloud9
No garage, not even a single and considering the rest of the property id expect a double or triple. I'm out.
It's got a double garage, it's in the photos and mentioned in the text.

This shot from the brochure.
I like this a lot.
Beautifully curated and photographed, best for a long time. Great value too, at a guess, but am I the only one that finds it a wee bit claustrophobic?
No. Me and riskyj did on the previous page wink
Looks like the property they filmed one of the latest episodes of Inside No9.

Same, there was one recently big £12 million place with a massive facility and indoor riding school I just thought well I'd lay a new floor and turn it into a massive version of Harry's garage and turn the paddocks into a world class golf practice facility.

This isn't pawn, but do people think the trains would be especially audible from this distance - before I bother to go view it:

I'm much closer to the railway and don't hear it when indoors. I do have triple glazing but not sure how much difference that makes

Anyone fancy a castle? It's quite modest compared with some but it has all the castley stuff.

Not an issue at all. I grew up much, much closer to a railway than that and you will not hear it.

Elizabeth Line inflation. Same happened here in Reading, but houses like that would still be £200k less out here.
