Release Pension Money

Has anyone on here ever released money from their pension fund to buy commercial property? I would like to buy some industrial units, and wondered what the procedure is. Can I have the income from the units straight away, or does it go back to my pension etc etc. I'm fifty before anybody asks.

You need a SIPP that allows property purchase (they all dont) and rental will go back into the fund!
There is new rules about releasing money from pension funds but dont know much about it!

I have Commercial Property assets in my SIPP but these are syndicated deals that are buying big properties. The SIPP porvider I use is https://www.transact-online.co.uk/
again you need to go through an IFA to use them....might be worth checking as they might not charge £2000 per annum.
