Looking at saving up for a mortgage - possibly just to move out at this rate. I'd like/need somewhere that will offer good rates, tax free is a bonus. Ideally this will be on a 12-month term personally with no commitment at any point to have the bank holding onto the money for a duration of time over this. i need the ability to add into it gradually as well over this time.

Open to all suggestions. What have you got for me?

Nothing that will give any higher returns interest-wise?

Not really, ISA will give you just under 3% tax free and regular saver, upto £500 per month, will give you 4% gross over 12 month period.

Unfortunately that's the best at the moment unless you want to start taking risks o frequenting the Casino

For higher returns you need to invest rather than save.
