Account monitoring

Sometime ago, someone posted about some logging software that showed the incomings and outgoings from your bank account, showed what area money was spent, like fuel, groceries, bills etc.
I used it and found it to be really handy.
I have since got a clean OS install, and I cannot for the life of me remember what the thing was called. I have a vague recollection of it beginning with a J.

Does anyone have any idea what I am talking about?
