I ordered an Ipod almost five weeks ago from a company based in Ireland.
The payment (approx £78) was taken from my credit card account two weeks later, but as of yet I have not received the goods.
I have emailed them a couple of times, the last time at the end of last week to find out the status of my order, I got a reply telling me they would find out the despatch date and let me know at once.
At the weekend I decided that I had waited long enough and asked them for a refund.
I've had no reply.

What can I do (if anything)?
The only way I have of contacting them is by email, if they don't answer I guess I can say goodbye to the cash.

Get in touch with your credit card company, instigate a chargeback, buy elsewhere.

Have you tried calling the internet and asking if they've misplaced your order?
