I'm a bit confused... I had some shares in a company called Intelligent Environment (IEN), not much, few hundred pounds worth. I even have an old paper certificate.

I recently decided to start loosing my money on the stock market again so opened and III share trading account, and when I tried to transfer my old shares it turns out IEN no longer exists (I think it's IEN, but the company is definitely right). It's now the Parseq group, I dont have shares in them....

Here's some stuff I dont understand..

http://www.ie.com/investorsHomepage.aspx?sid=18&am...

Should I have been issued with shares in the new company? did IEN go bust and get bought out? I cant find nothing of much use on the web to be honest and I've had no communication from the company, they had been sending me annual reports and I seem to recall gettting on earlier this year.

Any help greatfull received! smile

The company has become PARSEQ and you can enquire about your shares by contacting the Registrar Computershare Investor Services here
