I recently had to pay a speeding fine. I paid the fine and asked for a reciept, I was refused and told that it would show up on my statement as "HMCS" so I wouldnt need a reciept.
Now the bunch of morons have sent me a demand for the money!
Just out of interest, is it legal to take money in this way and refuse to give a payment reciept?
