Anyone able help with some info. I'm after some info on buying a static caravan/mobile home. I'm fairly sure you can't get regular mortgages on these, but there must be something. Is anyone able to advise on what "loan" options are available and what are good places to esquire about such things.

They aren't normal mortgages. You'll need to google park home finance or similar. (Wathc you are looking at UK sites not US. The likes of Parkhomeassist.
You'll be paying higher rates than a resi mortgage, but then I guess you'd worked that out.
