Hi

Does anyone have the contact details for someone high up in the UK at HSBC. i want to make a complaint (above brach level) as its about the branch in general. they are now starting to take the piss and not get back to me when they promised etc.. as well as that their so called mortgage specialist dont seem to understand their own mortgage products - i've been going round in circles for weeks.

I'm a premier customer which alledagely gets you a preffiential service - i'd hate to think what the service woudl be like if i wasnt.

all help would be appreciated.

Do you not have a mobile No for your Prem manager?

Ring telephone banking and make a formal complaint (make sure you use those exact words). They have a procedure to follow with a complaint and if you word it strongly enough it will go above the local branch to area level

He is off ill and has been for weeks! spoke to telehone banking said i wanted to make a complaint. lady on the phone (who by the way everyone on the telephone banking has been very helpful and polite) said she would email the branch manager and say i wanted to speak to him / her urgently. that was at 3pm yesterday

IIRC they work on [e-mail] - try Stephen Green or Michael Geoghan (spelt properly not like a half cut spaz), might do some good.
