Sorry if this is a really stupid question but anyway...
If you have been paying in to an NHS pension for 20 months, is there a way of claiming this back now or do you have to wait until you are 60? I thought there was some ruling on being able to claim back if paying in for under 2 years?

If you have been a scheme member for less than two years you can claim a refund of contributions, less tax and National Insurance contributions, or you can transfer your contributions to another scheme. You can't leave your benefits in the Scheme and take a deferred pension.
