long story so bare with me.
Last year my visa was used fraudlently, never had the card lost or stolen, never used it online.
fraudulent use accepted by the bank.
however one year on and they added frozen interest to my credit card balance. £350. I called to query and was told its fine its a bank error and we will re imburse. which they did. However statment appears few days later stating mim payment £350 plus normal mim payment added. Called them they said dont worry banking error you only need to pay £23.88. So i pay £100 off the card at the end of the month. only to then recieve next bill with a late payment charge of £12.00. I call them again. they said oops!!! our fault and remove said charge. .
The next day i get a letter telling me i have to pay £252 immediately and then the remainder of the mim payment £118 before the end of the month. I call them and explain all of the above. They pass me round and around. no joy. So i agree to pay the 252 and settle the outstaning at the end of the month. even though i have in writing that this is not my fault. ( didnt want my card to be blocked) have car insurance etc coming up).
they log it all i have sent in 2 letters of formal complaint regarding allthis.
go to shop this evening to buy some vino...... card declined.

call them ... its declined because you didnt pay us the full amount. will be ok by tom eve. 24 hours behind.
try online to get another card, as i am really *** off about this all.
cant get a card because now my credit card rating must be ste.

Bear in mind only ever had two none payments .
1. last year re fraudlent claim. ( they said dont pay anything in writing till we sort it out)
2. now when they added interest from fraudulent claim and said pay £23.88 not £371, so i paid £100.

GRHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGRHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGRHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!furious

What do i do next.
apart from go to the ombudsman.
last time they gave me £20.00 as a sorry. This time i think they can times it by 100........

That is my main concern. My credit rating has always been blemish free, bar the two incidents i explain above...

Just thought I would update you all. bank have agreed it was there problem. offered to refund the monthly payment (I declined)as it comes off the balance at the end of the day.
they also have stated that they will make sure that my credit rating wont suffer.
and they offered me £100 compensation. I could have i guess tried for more. But tbh i cant be bothered.
