Most up to date share price site?

What is the most up to date/smallest delay share price site?
I have been looking at a Yahoo site to track prices for a few weeks, but someone recently told me they are a few minutes behind.
Are all share price web pages like this?

All the free ones are 15 minutes or so behind. You pay for up to date prices.

Of the free ones I have found google finance to be the quickest.
