10 year mortgage

Can any advisors point me in the direction of some decent 10 year mortgage. Searching the net brings up a few, but when you go the the lenders actual site, there's no mention of them.

I know the pro's and con's, but I'm a boring sort who just likes to be able to budget. (I missed all the low rates because of my current fixed rate and I only see them going one way)

My mortgage has more than ten years to run. I just want the best 10 year deal available. Doesn't seem many about. (I could have paid a chunk off my mortgage....but I spent the money on a car )

There aren't many about - cheapest is with Britannia or Co-op at 5.29%

Not a brilliant rate..but cheaper than years to come I think. (Dodgy crystal ball)
