probate question

could some one give me the answer to this question please

1)An aunt dies she has 1 brother 1 sister both deceased
2)The brother has 1 child the sister has 3 children
3)is the money split 4 ways or is the only child to the the deceased brother entitled to 50% the other 50% is split 3 ways between the deceased sisters children..

It would depend on any exact terms in the will - but 3 would, in most cases, be the answer - in my opinion.
