Quicken 2010 - Treat two accounts as one?
Discussion
I have a number of accounts with RBS, some of which are operated in pairs; a normal account and a 'High' Interest account. To all intents and purposes they are the same account, money goes in one and is transferred straight to the high interest accoutn and payments trigger another automatic transfer back to the normal account. It plays merry hell with accounting as they really need to be treated as one account and the transfers between the two accounts ignored.
Is this something I can setup in Quicken 2010? Or any other alternative packages? Is it something RBS can sort out for me by merging the accounts without losing the 'high' interest element. I think their definition of High Interest was worth about £3.50 last year!
Should this be in the computing section?
Thanks!
