Any Tree Huggers about? (investing in timber = no tax)

Just been reading about this. if you invest in forestery there is no IHT/CGT or income tax it seems.

Anyone have any experience?

Just curious about any actual experiences as just started learning about this CGT malarkey
More interested in any historical Forestery/other non-CGT fund performance as opposed to actual hard assets.
