Hello finance peoples 
I'm a Brit living abroad and, now that my student debts, wedding debts, car debts and all other general 'having fun' expenditures are out of the way, I have decided it is time to get myself some property in the UK.
At the moment I'm looking for investment property types as I have no plans to move back anytime in the near (5 years) future. Something like a 2-3 bed flat on the seaside in Newquay, possibly.
I have a fairly decent salary, tax free of course, and no other outgoings apart from a pension/investment portfolio.
What mortgage companies should I be looking at to get a decent LTV and interest rate? All the usual ones seem to want 30% deposit and, on a 200K flat, that is pretty-much impossible. Who has 60K kicking around to buy their first home?!?
