Transfer of mortgage from a property to another owned proper

Hi,

Does anyone know how easy it is to transfer a mortgage from a property to another which is owned with no mortgage and same ownership.

basically looking to sell a property which has a mortgage on it but want to free up the money for another project so want to port it to another property.

With C&G but they are shut on sundays and cannot find anything on the net
