Anyone received their Santander ISA statement?

Got my cash ISA annual statement from Santander today and was shocked to see that i had received just 0.00122% on my savings. My mum also has an ISA with them and received a similar crap amount of interest.
Tried to speak to someone at Santander but gave up after being on hold for ages.

I was under the impression that the minimum interest would be 0.5%, so have they made a rather large cock up or is it correct?

Anyone else with a Santander ISA received their statement yet?
