Credit cards with low balance transfer fees

I am currently with Barclays. I have £4.5k to transfer to another card.

I been looking around, the best card I can find is for 0% for 13 months with a 2.98% transfer fee. Anyone know of any better? Lower fees rather than longer 0% balance period is better for me. Interest free for 10 months is more than enough!

They are all about the same, all the time i've switched balances they are all round 3% which isnt too bad. You wont get any cheaper than what you have found.
