Numpty accounting question
Discussion
I'm just about to submit my annual return for Ltd company that I have and was after some advice on one of the questions on there. The company has only ever been registered and never traded a single penny and is totally dormant so I am assuming that this is a relatively simple procedure (yeah, I know I could just bin it completely but I like the name and may use it one day).
Anyway, the question that has me stumped is the following. "Prescribed particulars of rights attached to shares" and then just a big text box ?!? Is there a model answer that I could use to fill this in ?
Many thanks in advance

"Ordinary voting and dividend rights" seems to do the trick.
This is a brand new question which has appeared for the first time on the new version of the Anual Return form (the AR10). This is as a result of the introduction of the new 2006 Companies Act.
Submitting the Annual Rerturn form to Companies House is not really an accounting matter. It's a "compliance" matter to satisfy Compant Law.
