This 'Rapport' software keeps popping up each time I go to log in, saying that it will add additional protection to online banking etc.

Has anyone downloaded this?

Don't want to be downloading a virus / mlaware and remember smeone mentioned previously that there was a bug on the log in page!

Smiler.

To be on the safe side, a quick call the the HSBC helpline would be prudent. My worry with such a scenario would be fakery.

The NatWest site had a link on their site once though the 2 login screens.
