Had a number of financial problems about 5 years ago which are reflected in my Experian Credit report.
I have been working hard to improve this for the last year, but am struggling to get it to a decent figure.
This is only an issue because my bank (HSBC) treat me like a leper, and if I go even remotely overdrawn, hammer me with charges, and due to my poor credit score, am struggling to get an account elsewhere.
I have 2 bad "debts" against my account, one for Barclays Bank, which was settled in full, and was made up entirely of bank charges, the other is for a catalogue payment of less than £100 and was also settled in full a short term afterwards.
I am looking to get a new mortgage in about 3 months time and wondered if anyone knew of a way of getting these black marks removed. Not talking about doing anything underhand, just getting "satisfied" entries removed.
