3.25% commission

Since 2002 i have had a Fidelty Wealthbuilder mini stocks and shares ISA-it was arranged thru Chase De Vere - and they take 3.25% every month
Is this a bad deal? should i transfer elsewhere? or is it best to stick with this isa?
