Anybody hear why Edward Jones, the US investment people, have withdrawnm from the UK?

Towry Law bought the Uk arm of Edward Jones late last year.

Ah! I see that Towry Law have a lower service charge than EJ, who seem to have under estimated the cost of keeping offices and staff in shire town High Streets and what people are prepared to pay for that service.

I am told that TL are taking back the detailed investment decisions from their local advisers, which has been the EJ model.
