Sharedealing accounts - Foreign Shares

So I have a First Direct dealing account (I bank with them).

I will probably be changing jobs soon and have a fair chunk of company shares (US company) purchased through an AESOP scheme, I dont want to cash them all in so will sell some to pay any outstanding tax liability then get the certificates for whats left. Theres no option to leave them in the scheme. So want somewhere I can hold them without the faff of certificates and recieving dividends by foreign cheque etc.

Any ideas anyone ?
