Can I claim my cycle to work against my tax

For the last 15 years I have been working as a self-employed window cleaner in the town centre, I dont do any high stuff or own a ladder, all I have is my bucket and extension pole with i bungee to my bike. My question is, I cycle 2 miles each day,5 days a week. Some one said in my end of year accounts I can claim 20p per mile-is this true?
