Pension and moving overseas permanently

You'll obviously lose the extra tax relief you get on the contributions to the UK fund. Maybe you should look into moving the pension fund to the country where you are going.

Again, your IFA may be able to help you on what the best course of action should be. Indeed, you may need to make contact with an IFA in the country you are moving to to find out what way personal pensions are handled there.
