Question about paying Euro's into a Lloyds UK Account...
Discussion
You may need to open a Euro account.
Of course you could always ask them - you can't ring the local branch of course, that would be too easy, but doubtless their website will allow you, after many clicks, to raise a support ticket or talk to a machine playing music at premium rate.
Actually I just realise why you posted here first! (the Business forum might be more productive)

If your UK account is a Sterling account they will convert them on receipt using the 'God-awful' rate-of-the-day. If it is a Euro account then it will credit like and normal inward payment.
HTH
Any idea what 500 euro's will get me?HTH
Instead of paying in at the bank, where else can i change it?

Post Office® exchange rate
1.2112
You will receive
£412.81
yet the top site on google tell me that 500 euro is £451.95, so i would be charged a tad under £40
1.2112 sounds harsh. Try calling those guys in the morning and see if they can help you out. 1.2112
