Just thought, I worked all over the place over a period of 3 years for a flat rate. I don't have my contract around, but assume that fuel was just not a part of the pimp's equation.

As an agency worker, would I be right in thinking your workplace varies each time and each assignment is considered an individual contract. Hence your place of work varies and is classed under "a place of work" thus not incurring fuel considerations.

?????

I am pondering whether I have paid too much tax for the last 3 years.

This does not merit getting an accountant on the job, the information on the interweb is a bit nebulous.....

Cheers!

Were you taxed as an employee i.e. under the PAYE system?
