A lot of people have commented on the weakness of the pound against the Euro but I'm watching it absolutely plummet against the AUD 
When I first went to Oz it was around $2.50 to the pound, but it looks like it was near $3 at one point ... today, I'm getting quotes around $1.70
The problem is, I'm getting married in Australia in April next year so we have lots of things to pay for and I'm trying to work out whether we should buy now at a rate that really hurts, or hang on - the usual problem of it may get better, but on the other hand could get even worse yet. The graphs for the last few months would probably be best described using the words "inexorable" and "slide".
Anyone got any predictions on AUD:GBP?
