Hi all,

After some advice,

After xmas I will be looking to buy a new car 10-12k Max, (Still undecided on car)

Basically I will most likely be paying Cash for the car however after reading a few threads on here it may be cheaper to buy it on finance or something similar and put the cash somewhere useful?

How do these deals work out? I wouldn’t want to be tied in for long 1-2years max as I change cars often. What options are there for me?

Thanks

Don't listen to them, just pay cash.

Change your car often? PCP I'd say, as long as you can put the money in an account with a good rate of interest.

Don't be silly, you should do exactly the opposite!!

Unless you are able to obtain a zero APR finance deal then pay Cash!

If you are going to be cancelling the contract earlier to move onto a new car it could work out very expensive. I don't understand why anyone would recommend anything other than cash in this scenario as cash has to be the cheapest way.

Why are suggesting PCP???
