Best place to invest £600k

Dear all

I'm Treasurer for a new charity. We have £600k to invest medium tern (2 - 5 years depending on the rate of interest). However interest needs to be paid monthly (or at least quarterly) to contribute towards operational costs.We cannot touch the principal amount, only the interest.

Anybody know which is the best deposit account for charities?

There are other options that keeping it within the UK
