So, the time has come to renew!

We're looking for a 5 yr fixed rate. So who's doing the best deals? What sort of % should we be looking at?

It needs to be portable, as we're looking to move in the next 12 months!

Thanks all!

Depends what you are after, but a simple google search, of heaven forbid, buy a sunday paper which lists all the rates and you could read up yourself...........

I have to say there appear to be some amazing deals in the sunday papers - things like a 5 year fix at under 3%. Clearly you need a large deposit etc - But I do wonder if these deals really exist/ are really acesssible to Joe Public

I've done a lot of research already, but not found a 5 year fixed below 4.89% yet, could you tell me who was offering the 3% please!

We're re-morgaging with a 27% loan to value ratio, so should be seen as a pretty safe bet i'd have thought!

PS - Thanks Skeeterm5.
