UK Savings for non-resident

I'm being given a crap rate on my current saving accounts by my bank, and I can't move to their better products due to my non-resident status.

I'm planning to become resident again for the 2010/11 tax year, so can't be bothered to move to offshore savings as it's only a short term measure.

Does anyone have recommendations for decent saving accounts with <30 day access for non-residents?
