Best 10 year mortgage?

Anyone got an idea as the the genuine availability of 10year fixed mortgage plans?

I'm looking to re-mortgage soon and would be happy to get tied in with one of these. A quick google seems to show various plans available, but when I go to lenders websites virtually all of them only go out to 5 years.

I'v got a list of numbers to call, but just wondering if someone in the business knows if they are all being pulled at the minute.

Currently looking at the Halifax as the only option.

Depends on LTV, but although Halifax isnt the only option, there are a lot fewer around than there were.

LTV would be about 50-60%

Britannia do a 10 year fixed mortgage at 5.49% at the moment with £600 in fees.
