Is it me or is this new one a crock of ste?

Fonts look like something off a cheesy wedding invitation and importantly I can't seem to see regular payment/debits?

Three dots in the top right bring up the options to see DD and standing orders etc.

I don’t mind it. I’m relatively new to the app but find it a lot better than desktop which is dreadful.

Quite like it. That said the old one was fine too. Far better than the likes of others from my own experience

Think I’ll stick with the desktop version.

Thanks on the DD location, it wasn't very obvious.

I liked the old look tbh, far more sensible and professional looking.

Santander did the same thing.

Previous app fine.

New app rubbish.

Previous tile thing (don't know what it's called) that gave you an instant balance without logging in via the app scrapped.

Now have to fully log in just to check balance, which takes ages and has a hideously clanky boot sequence.

Most of the changes are likely to be behind the scenes security related with the 'new' front end being given little thought.

It's as if they don't care about us, lol.

I don't think they do, but unfortunately every click made is analysed by some digital exec who wants to keep themselves in a job.

I always find a new UI jarring at first, but I'm really not gelling with this one.

Now I am used to it, I don't mind it and it is somewhat of an improvement over the old version, clearly the new branding is designed to appeal to a younger audience. The new font family however.. terrible choice! Has an almost comic sans feel to it, not a typeface one would associate with conveying trust and stability.

That font is terrible - whoever signed off on it needs to have a word with themselves, 2 and 6 are especially awful.
