Hello everyone,

I am reaching out to see if anyone else has encountered similar issues with Chase Bank's fraud detection system.

Over the past few weeks, I have had multiple legitimate transactions declined, causing significant inconvenience.

When I raised a complaint, I received a response explaining that these declines are due to random security checks or unusual activity as per the bank's policies.

However, I am not satisfied with this explanation, as the transactions flagged were entirely routine and consistent with my normal usage.

I am concerned that the fraud detection system may not be operating correctly and is unnecessarily flagging legitimate transactions.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Chase Bank?

Thanks...I had 3 PH users messaged me about their bad experiences in the US but anybody had issues in the UK

I had cashpoint withdrawals declined, but I didn't think that miuch about it, as all other transactions worked, and I had other sources for cash.
