.... for a mutual society registered in England!
The project I work for is supporting a small housing cooperative who formed long enough ago to now be facing their first FCA annual return.
The issue is: they have no money to spend on an accountant (they do not own any property yet and have recently undergone a change of directors and are looking to get their plans started from now).
I need to try and find a template for them to complete to enable them to make their FCA return by the 31st July but I'm stumped and haven't been able to find anything online at all.
Can anyone who's involved with a mutual society/cooperative help me out?
