Organising my shares

Hi all,
I need to organise my smattering of shares. I have a small holding of shares from a previous employer (< £500) and a larger holding of shares with my current employer (< £2000), through an employee share purchase scheme.
I'm about to transfer to a new employer as part of a buy-out. I think I have an obligation to move my shares to another holding company soon after the buy-out is complete.
I'd like to take advantage of my ISA allowance to keep these shares, and maybe in the future make a few additional investments on an execution only basis.
So, is there a service out there that can cater to my needs, without massive charges to transfer-in my holdings or eventually sell them?
Something like this: http://www.x-o.co.uk/isa-information.htm with the 'bed and ISA' option seems like a possibility?
ETA: The small holding is a FTSE 100 co, the larger holding is in Euros, a tech company on the Helsinki exchange
