I've just been told the stuff she ordered 3 weeks ago hasn't even been 'processed' yet. After trying the numbers provided (one doesn't exist, one a recorded message then to an inactive voicemail) and looking at the very limited reviews (all terrible), I have a feeling she's been ripped off. Only £62, but it's bloody annoying.
She paid on visa debit, is there anything we can do? Charge back etc?

Because she used a Debit Card rather than a Credit Card she probably won't be able to make use of the Credit Card protection system.

Although she might want to check with the card issuer to see if there is anything she can do.

Hmm, ok thanks Eric. Just been having a look on a couple of money saving sites, they mention something about charge back on visa debit cards, do you think its worth pursuing or just leave it?
Its a Barclay's visa debit btw.

No harm in talking to Barclays Visa about what can be done - if anything.

not entirely correct.

It just depends if the bank is part of the charge back scheme:

That's why I said check with the card issuer. They'll be able to tell the OP what can be done.
