Best Account for Expat banking?

Thinking about moving abroad with work. What is the best expat bank out there? Will be heading to UAE.

If you bank with HSBC they will sort you out. They have a good setup which I've been using over the last few years without difficulty.

As above HSBC are good, also I've found Citibank to be good

Will I need premier for HSBC. Not sure if I would qualify for first few months. Salary approx £5/month

HSBC Expat offer Premier and non-Premier services to customers, so you don't need to have a Premier account in order to qualify.
