hi currently looking to remortgage a property with 50% equity and i have 2 years of accounts
the broker i have been dealing with has suggested santander but they seem to want 3 years of accounts
i have contacted hmrc for my last 3 years of sa702's but 2010/2011 is not going to be of much use
who will lend on 2 years of accounts 50% equity and an equifax rating of 972 out of 999 possibly going igher as i was not on the electoral role
thanks

The problem that you will have is that although two years is the minimum requested by a lender, they will usually take an average of the last three years accounts, which usually is a little unfair as most company show lower figures in the first year of start up.

I'm a broker and can help if you want to drop me a PM? smile
