I work in the Pensions sector as well, and I've never heard this term before. Do you have any context as to who is requesting this and why they are requesting it. We might be able to decipher what the request means...

Is it provided by the organisation payroll section? We used to get an annual statement giving the "benefits" of our pension as well as various annual salary details.

I'm sure it was called something along the lines of rewards statement. Mind you I never read it as it was stating the bleeding obvious and to my mind a waste of paper, only sent out as part of the customer focused payroll team.
